Perception of the issue of school discipline at the 2nd level of elementary school from the perspective of students and teachers

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of discipline and indiscipline of pupils in the 2nd grade of selected elementary schools. The goal of the work is to find out how discipline and non-discipline are viewed not only by the students themselves, but also by their teachers. In the theoretical part, basic terms are defined and discipline is described from the perspective of several important theories. The work focuses on the difference in the perception of discipline and indiscipline through the eyes of the main actors of the educational process, on current manifestations of indiscipline and its causes. The practical research part of the diploma thesis captures the results of the research and describes the differences in the perception of the issue of discipline by teachers and pupils of the 2nd grade of selected elementary schools. For this qualitative research, I used the semi- standardized interview method. The interviews took place face-to-face at two primary schools - Roztoky u Prahy, Kralupy nad Vltavou. Other interviews were obtained remotely through online interviews. Due to the smaller research sample, the results cannot be generalized, but they can be the beginning of a larger and longer-term research. Factors affecting an improvement of chosen pupils during the on-line education

In the time of the anti-epidemic measure were in person classes substituted by on-line classes. The aim of this thesis is to point out pupils who benefited from the on-line education with their grades as well as concentration, motivation and other key competences. The theoretical part is dedicated to the on-line education issues and comparison of in person and on-line form of education. There is a description of three fazes of school closings (Spring 2020, Autumn 2020, January - April 2021). It applies to parts of the climate in the classroom especially the intrusive aspects and their influence on the classwork and concentration. As well as pupil's personality and the effect of the change of the parenting style for the child's development. One chapter is dedicated to the development of key competences in the time of the on-line education. Then there is described the issue of the overloading of children with afterschool activities on their overall development and learning. In the empiric part there is an evaluation of three casuistries of pupils who improved in their grades, in concentration area, motivation and key competences. Specifics of Piano Teaching of Preschool Children

The thesis is devoted to the specificity of playing the piano preschool children. It combines the knowledge of developmental psychology, psychology of music and piano methodology with their reflection in practical teaching piano. The work is divided into five chapters, which i s based on key publications and developmental psychology of music in the Czech republic, theoretical works of contemporary piano teachers, piano course books and a survey carried out in the framework of a diploma thesis. The first chapter deals with the level of psychological development of preschool age and its reflection in piano lessons. The second chapter discusses the level of musical abilities of the child at the same age. Chapter three outlines further specifics in teaching pre-school children, dedicated to personalities of pupil and teacher as the main creators of the educational process, it refers to the methods used in teaching and not least about the role of parents in the education of their child. The fourth chapter summarizes the methodology selected piano teaching materials suitable for teaching children of preschool age. Final Chapter complements the work of the views of piano teachers on teaching preschool children.
Assesment of the impact of the personality of teacher of practical training on the level of practical skills secondary school students

The bachelor thesis titled "The evaluation of the teacher's influence on the training skills asquisition in students of the school of nursing." deals with the survey of a practical training teacher's influence on forming students' positive attitude to job, which depends mainly on the teacher's personality. Teacher of practical training is very important part of education and interconnects theory with practise. He facilitates introduction to starting the job. Personality of teacher and his pedagogical skills have influence to attitude of students to practical teaching and to future job at all. Attention is especially paid to aspects of teachers personality and its effect to students motivation to improve their practical skills. The paper is divided into parts according to task. The theoretical part aims the importance of particular element of teachers personality and general pedagogical knowledge of students motivation. The text is based on the review of professional literature and knowledge gained within the pedagogical study. It is proved in the practical part which is based on the surfy within the students target group and follows the method of anonymous questionnaire. The form respondents are students of the second and third year of the school o nursing and had personal experience with minimum of two teachers of practice.

This diloma thesis is focused on the topic of the relationship between the teacher and the pupils at the elementary school.The theoretical part describes changes in the czech school system after 1989 and concerns developement of the new educational aims. It also deals with the personality of a teacher and his temperament, choice of teacher´s profession and requirements for this job. The theoretical part also contains the question of mutual relationship between the teacher and the pupils. In the practical part the author focuses on the results of the research of teacher´s interactive style which was accomplished by the method of the questionnaire.
